Production Office Specialist

Overview IST Management is seeking a Production Office Specialist to join the Boston team! The Production Office Specialist will be responsible for providing Corporate high volume copy and print production, mailroom services, backup reception, and hospitality services (including conference room and A/V setup) on-site in a professional environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in relevant copy/print services, are willing to train in other services provided, possess high attention to detail, and are ready to grow in their office services career! There may be some opportunities for OT. Responsibilities Responsibilities for the Production Office Specialist include: Production (Print/Copy) Center operator and Mail Room clerk in a large professional office Responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing mail/packages, utilizing IST's proprietary software programs Work order entry into IST's proprietary software programs, as well as the building management's tracking program Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Ordering office supplies and managing the overall office supply process Hospitality services (including conference room and A/V setup) Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; Take direction from supervisor or site manager Participate in cross-training; Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications for the Production Office Specialist include: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Print/Copy background preferred Proficiency in high volume complex litigation print production Professional appearance and demeanor; Being detail-oriented is a must quality, in our ideal candidate Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work; Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
