Location: Salem, OR

Pay: $35,500 - $40,000 per year DOE

Essential Responsibilities

Client / Tenant Services


• Communicate professionally with tenants and vendors
• Track work orders and maintenance requests
• Coordinate vendor projects and property maintenance
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Order building supplies and maintain inventory
• Assist Property Managers with daily operations and special projects
• Participate in occasional on-call rotations

Administrative & Financial


• Maintain lease, contract, and insurance records
• Complete leasing paperwork and process tenant files
• Code AP invoices and track AR
• Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, and monthly reporting

Qualifications

Education & Experience


• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• 1+ year of property management experience required
• Leasing experience preferred

Skills


• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with AppFolio preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
