This full‑time position supports patients in Carbondale and surrounding areas as well as in Marion and surrounding areas. Eligibility includes $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment.
