At a Glance Join our Meta Retail Store team, as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses, & Meta Quest mixed reality to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable & mixed reality technology. You will be the face of our client's brand while educating consumers and converting demos to new customer acquisitions. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and obsessed with world class customer service. Minimum Pay USD $25.00/Hr. Maximum Pay USD $25.00/Hr. Build a deep understanding of our client's wearable and mixed-reality products—including accessories and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer. Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them. Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience. Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results. Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks- including opening and closing procedures and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers. Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment. Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.
