Project Manager

Position Summary Restoration Project Manager The Restoration Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial emergency response through final completion. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet TuBro's Restoration quality standards. Responsibilities Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services. Conduct property inspections and prepare project scopes. Develop project timelines and coordinate crews and subcontractors. Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors throughout each project. Monitor budgets, job costs, and project profitability. Ensure all work meets industry standards and company expectations. Complete project documentation, estimates, and progress reports. Perform quality control inspections before project completion. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous restoration or construction project management experience required. Experience with Xactimate is required. Knowledge of IICRC restoration standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
