Executive IT Suppoort (Charlotte)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to executives and senior leadership.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and other corporate applications .
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other IT equipment .
• Support iPhone and Android devices , including data transfers and Microsoft Intune configuration.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, home networks, internet connectivity, and remote-access issues .
• Respond quickly to urgent executive IT issues and provide a professional, customer-focused experience.
• Create and maintain IT tickets and documentation for issues and requests.
• Identify recurring issues and work with other IT teams to find long-term solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation , including possible 24x7 support for certain C-suite executives.
• Occasional domestic/international travel may be required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop, End User, or Infrastructure Support .
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices .
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and remote support tools .
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi/home networking and internet connectivity.
• C-suite/executive support experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and explain technical issues in simple terms.
