Mac/Windows Help Desk Tier 2 Travel-Ready Support

Sharp Solutions, Inc.

Sharp Solutions Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Tier 2 Mac Windows professional to support both Mac and Windows desktop environments. You will diagnose issues, install and configure software, and ensure devices are up to date with BIOS updates and patches. The role requires strong problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work across teams.
