Home Care Aide – Bakersfield, CA

We are seeking an experienced and dependable  Home Care Aide to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in  Bakersfield, CA . The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to client safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with established care plans
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Care Aide (required). If you do not show a work history of caregiving on your resume, you will not be considered.
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency protocols
• Valid identification and ability to pass a background check
• Valid Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation is required
