???? Pay: $18.55 per hour
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm
???? Transportation Available from Newark

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
- Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
- Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
- Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
- Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone
What You Bring
- At least 18 years of age
- A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
