Experienced HVAC Service Technicians Wanted!

AC Plus Heating & Air is a fun, family-owned and operated company serving Victorville, Rancho Cucamonga, and Redlands. We are currently hiring 2 experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and light commercial properties as scheduled
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately diagnose HVAC issues
• Inspect HVAC systems for safety, efficiency, and proper operation
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Understand and apply refrigeration-cycle principles
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Follow all applicable HVAC codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, parts, equipment, and supplies
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Continue learning about new HVAC equipment, technology, and repair methods

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification to handle refrigerants
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Natural customer-service and ethical sales abilities
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and professional
• Willingness to complete a background check
