In our offices our Hygienist have access to prophy jets, iCat, and will have the ability to get expansion knowledge working with a periodontist.Our Dental Hygienists’ goals are to provide quality and compassionate dental care to every patient. Dental Hygienist Benefits: Competitive Pay Health, Vision, DentalInsurance, Dental Employee Discount Supplemental Insurances Gym Membership reimbursement Dental Hygienist Requirements: 1 to 2 years experience (new grads welcomed0 Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification Comfortable treating all ages Comfortable working at our Terrell location Dental Hygienist Job Duties: Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process Meeting daily production goals Patient Notes and Documentation- Correctly documents all patient notes and initials correct forms. Makes sure consents, medical clearances, and prescriptions, and referral are completed are completed. Consistently and thoroughly examine oral tissues and accurately records finding in patient’s chart. Medical Records- Makes sure all records have been received for patient. Releases records to providers/patients needing copy. Consistently performs routine procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, dental sealants, administration of fluoride, polishing teeth, and shape restorations.
