Role The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred. Valid RN license in the relevant state and BCLS certification required. Additional certifications may be necessary based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NICU NRP). Skills Strong clinical skills, ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
