Location: Anoka, MN Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60K-$75K

About the Opportunity

Pathway Talent Partners is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. In this role, you will be responsible for processing full-cycle weekly union payroll and managing reporting for multiple business units. This flexible, hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both in the office and from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly union payroll
• Prepare monthly union benefit reporting
• Weekly certified payroll reporting
• Monthly utilization reporting
• Prevailing wage reporting and compliance
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Conduct the payroll portion of new field leader orientations
• Employee setup
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, is preferred
• Experience working in a paperless environment
• Previous certified payroll experience
• Proficiency in the use of standard office computer programs such as Google Suite, Word, and Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little direction, as well as being comfortable in a team-oriented environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize/organize daily workload
• Exposure to process improvement ideas in an accounting setting is highly desired
