Banquet Server

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner while adhering to service standards and alcohol regulations Clear tables and remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware throughout the event Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down buffet tables and coffee stations Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and ensure guest satisfaction Assist with event cleanup and reset the room for the next event Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting preferred Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in event setup and guest service, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
