Dental Hygienist - Join the Toothologie Smile Studio Family!

Compensation: $45-$55/hr (based on experience)

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

Schedule:

• Monday: 8am-5pm
• Tuesday: 8am-6pm
• Wednesday: 8am-5pm
• Thursday: 7am-5pm

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

In this role, you'll help patients understand and improve their oral and overall health through education, preventive care, and strong clinical expertise. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating dental X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining dental equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Ensuring OSHA and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining supplies
• Completing Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing, fluoride varnish, and sealant placement
• Providing compassionate, educational patient care focused on the mouth-body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
• Genuine empathy and the ability to connect with a diverse patient base
• Dentrix experience preferred (not required)
