Do you have a passion for working with kids? Are you energetic, driven, and someone who loves making an impact?

KidStrong Pflugerville is looking for our next Coach! ????

As a KidStrong Coach, you’re not just leading workouts. You’re helping kids build confidence, strength, discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the training floor.

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Loves working with children
✅ Brings high energy and positivity every day
✅ Is coachable and eager to grow
✅ Can lead and motivate a group
✅ Takes ownership and holds themselves accountable
✅ Wants to make a real difference in the lives of families

No two days are exactly the same. You’ll have the opportunity to develop as a coach, grow as a leader, and build meaningful relationships with kids and families.

If you're looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a team that helps kids become stronger versions of themselves, we want to meet you.
Our culture is simple:
Work hard. Have fun. Be a little silly. Care deeply.
We bring energy, passion, and purpose every day. We push each other, support each other, and give our best for our kids and families.
Hard-working. Passionate. Energetic. Fun.
That’s us.
