Territory Sales Manager-New Jersey

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to promote and sell the Milestone Scientific CompuFlo medical device, a computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery technology designed to provide clinicians with greater control, consistency, and precision during injections. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, provide clinical education, and drive adoption of CompuFlo within medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and other appropriate clinical settings. Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and unit sales targets. Prospect for new customers and identify qualified leads within assigned territories. Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the anesthesia, pain management, areas, and other healthcare decision-makers for this product. Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, clinical applications, and value proposition of the CompuFlo system. Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and in-office trials. Clearly communicate how CompuFlo technology can support clinicians in delivering controlled and consistent local anesthesia. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through demonstration, negotiation, closing, installation, and follow-up. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activity in the CRM system. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical educators, practice managers, purchasing personnel, and other influential stakeholders. Attend medical conferences, trade shows, educational programs, local events, and industry meetings to generate leads and increase product awareness. Coordinate product demonstrations and clinical evaluations with customers and internal clinical or technical support teams. Provide appropriate product training and onboarding to new customers. Follow up with customers after installation to encourage product utilization, satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business. Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer visits, demonstrations, conferences, and sales activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent healthcare, medical device, or sales experience may be considered. 3+ years of successful sales experience preferred, particularly in medical device, healthcare, or clinical technology sales. Experience selling capital equipment or technology-based healthcare products is highly desirable. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to explain clinical and technical concepts clearly to healthcare professionals. Comfortable conducting live product demonstrations and speaking with groups of clinicians. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize multiple opportunities. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard sales technology. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
