Our software simulates the tube bending process to detect and correct for collisions, interfaces to servo motors, I/O systems, robots, and other devices to control tube bending machines. You will work with a small team of experienced and smart developers to help build our next generation products. Primary Duties Collaborate and help design software with our team Follow coding standards and best practices Write lots of code, clean code Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases Work with internal and external customers Required Qualifications/Skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience Experience with high-level programming languages A passion for building great software High level of energy and personal drive Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills Helpful Qualifications/Skills C# .NET UI/UX Multi-threading 3D simulation and collision detection Hands‑on computer hardware experience Electrical and mechanical aptitude Beckhoff TwinCAT software and EtherCAT‑based hardware IoT Experience As a member of our technical support team, you will help resolve software and hardware issues for our customers. Technical Support This position handles the delivery of first‑tier technical support and the resolution of customer issues. This includes being responsible for issues of moderate complexity and ensuring advanced issues are elevated to appropriate personnel and in a timely fashion. As a valued individual of our team, you'll develop and share strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of issue tracking and knowledge management tools. We are looking for a person with great troubleshooting skills who thrives in a team environment and approaches their job and challenges with a good attitude and as a team player. Primary Duties Provide technical support, responsible for software and hardware related customer issues Escalate advanced support issues to the appropriate personnel Document support inquiries and improve issue tracking and knowledge management tools Required Qualifications/Skills Technical degree in electronics, computing, engineering, or equivalent experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems The ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) Great troubleshooting skills Helpful Qualifications/Skills Experience providing direct support to external customers by phone, electronically, and face‑to‑face Hands‑on experience with software and computer hardware Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude The successful applicants must be able to work in our Lakewood, Colorado office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
