Job Description

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Distribute many document types to the parties involved. This could include meeting minutes, Cost Logs, or Punch lists. Weekly walkthroughs of the jobsite with the superintendent to note improper workmanship and work with the subcontractors to get those issues fixed. Helps to maintain relationships between Owners, Architects, Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors and assist in any lack of communication efforts. Analyze and resolve work problems, ability to determine work method alternate. Provide the superintendent with assistance in his daily roles and responsibilities. For example, this could include slip sheeting plan sets with new ASI's, producing RFI's, or quality control walk through. Work with Project Manager and site Superintendent to maintain a safe and property worksite that includes verification that subcontractors are properly wearing PPE.

The Successful Applicant

1-4 years of experience with a commercial general contractor. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Strong organizational and communication skills. Desire to further career as a Project Manager. Team player with a positive and driven attitude. Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. but does not need to be able to bid projects from scratch. Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to work in a fast paced work environment. OSHA certified.

Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 depending on the level of experience. Performance based bonus potential. Family oriented company. 3 weeks PTO to start.
