Key Accounts Senior Clinical Specialist

Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist for its Electrophysiology business to support EP procedures and drive clinical excellence across assigned accounts. The role involves procedure support, staff development, client engagement, and product training within a multifunctional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical mapping support and proctoring at EP procedures
• Develop center staff and physicians toward clinical independence
• Deliver product training, in-case support, and technical troubleshooting to medical professionals
• Create account-specific EP development strategies and manage clinical staffing transitions
• Mentor local clinical teams and mentor fellows training

Requirements

• RN, CRT, or RCIS certification or equivalent clinical experience
• Deep expertise in EP ablative therapies and medical devices
• Willingness to travel 50% with schedule flexibility for evening and weekend coverage
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• 3+ years EP industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Compensation: $78,000.00 – $156,000.00 base
