This role ensures accurate record-keeping, expiration management, and optimal inventory levels, while collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, and receiving teams to streamline inventory processes.## **Responsibilities*** Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems for semiconductor equipment, parts, and commodities.* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the Procurement Department.* Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure semiconductor-related inventory accuracy.* Coordinate with the Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.* Manage material expiration dates and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices based on commodity type.* Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management.* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.* Train and supervise inventory staff as needed.* Other related functions as assigned.## **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field* 3 years of experience in inventory management* Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems – WMS)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong organizational and communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools*Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.*## **Preferred Qualifications*** Five years of experience in inventory management.* Experience in setting up a new customer or support customer onboarding process## **Salary Range**TIE Pays Industry Competitive Salaries## **Working Conditions*** May work in all weather conditions* May work around chemicals* Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds* Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation* Use of manual dexterity (ex: using a mouse)## **Required Materials*** Resume/CV* 3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisor* Letter of interest (optional)**Important** **for applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers:** You will be prompted to submit your resume the first time you apply, then you will be provided an option to upload a new Resume for subsequent applications.
