Location: Parma, OH 44130
Shift: First Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Driving Required: No

• No graphic designs with offensive content or political statements

Position Overview

This temporary position is responsible for operating a high-speed digital production printer and assisting with day-to-day production duties, including moving paper, stuffing envelopes, packing cartons, and related tasks.

Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Applicants should have some print experience, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are required, as training will be conducted using computer-based systems.

Good attendance is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work the required schedule. The company's standard lifting requirement is up to 50 pounds. Candidates must also be able to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods, as this role requires being on your feet throughout the shift.

The hiring manager is seeking candidates with stable work histories, minimal employment gaps, and relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in the printing and/or mailing industry along with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed digital production printers
• Load paper, clear paper jams, and unload printed materials
• Perform occasional post-processing tasks, including binding and shrink-wrapping
• Move paper, stuff envelopes, and pack cartons
• Assist with general production and mailing operations
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; 5 years preferred
• Basic PC/computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to use, calibrate, and troubleshoot office and technical equipment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements
• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds (e.g., cases of paper)
• Moderate dexterity and hand-eye coordination required

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and production environment
• Adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels
• Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of instructions and procedures
