We are looking for AMAZING, ENERGETIC, POSITIVE RBT's to help us continue building the culture for our Mesa location. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. Our goal is to help our clients grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life. We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! SOS will also pay for the registration for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. We also offer several side certification programs through the CR Institute platform. RBTs at SOS work a full-time schedule. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 2 hours. SOS offers full-time employees 2 weeks of PTO per year. Paid sick time, per State of Arizona guidelines, is also provided. Our New Mesa Location: Working for SOS: Our Mission: Take a tour: Job Description Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm Two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm Client material creation and preparation Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games) Record client data into Central Reach program Convert appointments into billing Write detailed SOAP notes Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities Cleaning duties Qualifications High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) No criminal background Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active Expectations Provide high-quality care to our clients Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers Reporting Hierarchy Report to the CEO Report to Regional Director Report to Clinical Director Report to BCBA Benefits Salary: $22-$24/hr (depending on RBT experience) Performance-based Bonuses/Raises every 6 months 10 days paid vacation 5 additional days paid vacation for good attendance 10 days paid holidays 3 days paid sick time 401k retirement plan with Company match Health/dental/vision insurance -- we can help pay for out-of-pocket costs for health insurance and facilitate coverage with a health insurance broker.
