• Number of Beds - 7 OR suites
• Number of Staff - 45
• Type of staff: RNs, CSTs, Ancillary support staff


o Day Shift - 1 charge RN, 6-7 RNs, 6-7 CSTs, Orderly, Anesthesia Techs


o Night Shift - 1 RN, 1 CST
• Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)- 1:1
• Type of equipment - Various
• EMR - Meditech


Typical hiring profile


Skill Set Most recruited for: General/Trauma OR skills


Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Experience in the Operating room. Labor & Delivery only is not applicable


Must have Neuro and Ortho/Spine experience
• At least 1 year experience


Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Trauma center experience
• Ortho experience

• Ortho, neuro, robotics
• General, trauma, urology

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

Weekends and On call(if any)
• The call requirements would be about 10 days a month but up to 15. This call requirement is only for the CV positions we have open.
