Overview Cardiovascular Technologist (OR - CVOR Tech) – Plattsburgh, NY. Start date 06/18/2026 for 4 weeks. 3x12-hour day shifts in a hospital OR setting. Travel - temporary assignment with weekly pay ranging from $1,705 to $1,781. No guaranteed hours. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,705–$1,781 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Contract duration: 4 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour days Start date: 06/18/2026 Setting: Hospital OR (CVOR) with vascular surgery focus Responsibilities Circulate and scrub in eligible CVOR and general surgical cases; assist with case setup, instrumentation, and sterile technique Prepare the operative field, manage implants/devices, and operate or troubleshoot OR equipment as needed Assist with patient positioning, draping, IV starts, and coordination with anesthesia and surgical teams Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and assist with specimen labeling and EPIC entry; support efficient case turnover Adhere to unit protocols, participate in case rotation, and collaborate with OR staff and ASC float as required Requirements Licensure: New York license Certifications: BLS; NBSTSA certification or equivalent required Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience; minimum 2 years in the specialty; vascular skills are a must Skills: Circulate and scrub capabilities; strong vascular and general surgical knowledge; ability to float to ASC as needed Travel: Prior travel experience preferred; ability to work in a hospital OR environment and rotate shifts Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated on-assignment support Two days of orientation Fast credentialing assistance Potential contract extension opportunities Clear onboarding and assignment coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
