Property and Liability Claims Adjuster

Sr. Delivery Manager @ Sunrise Systems, Inc. | Talent Acquisition, Client Engagement Property and Liability Claims Adjuster Location: Phoenix, AZ – Remote (resources must be located in AZ) Contract: 6 months (open to transition to FTE) Base Pay Range: $31.00/hr – $31.00/hr Major Responsibilities and % of Time 30% – Analyze investigative materials to determine liability and settlement values; document and obtain physical evidence. 25% – Determine coverage and conduct factual investigations, including interviews and secured statements from witnesses, law enforcement, agency personnel, and relevant materials. 15% – Research and apply applicable tort, contract, and other relevant legal areas; prepare claims for litigation. 10% – Document and obtain physical evidence; collaborate with the AG’s Office during discovery to obtain additional investigative information and prepare for depositions. 10% – Prepare cost‑benefit analysis to determine best action for the State; secure procurement of independent appraisers, experts, and consultants; obtain authority and negotiate settlements; prepare closing documents to protect the state. 10% – Other duties as assigned.
