Maintenance Technician Lead

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance across our facility. Key Responsibilities Include Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing components such as pumps, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, conveyors, and bearings Operating maintenance tools and heavy equipment safely Interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment Other assigned duties as necessary Qualifications Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of electrical troubleshooting, including VFDs and control voltages Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in elevated and outdoor conditions, and communicate effectively in English High school diploma or GED required Preferred Skills Experience operating forklifts and leadership roles Knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP and Microsoft Office Technical maintenance training and experience with inventory systems Ability to repair, test, and calibrate pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies Skills: mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safety adherence, equipment operation, basic computer literacy, planning, and scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coulter Services
