Requirements
- ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) [Required]
- RN - Registered Nurse License [Required]
- BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire [Highly Preferred]
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification within 1 year of hire [Required]
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days [Highly Preferred]

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during the assigned shift.
- Document and report care delivered to physicians and other team members as needed.
- Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Establish effective working relationships with peers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Implement care and supervise care delivered by team members in alignment with the plan of care and safety standards.
