In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism and integrity. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented environment built on reliability, agility, and innovation.

DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, perimeter points, parking areas, and other assigned spaces, with attention to unusual activity and access concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and support established visitor and employee access protocols.
- Support cash handling, ATM, vault, and/or other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, routine checks, and timely communication regarding suspicious activity or policy deviations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
