Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. Due to the growth we are experiencing, you have the opportunity to practice in the growing city of Sun City West, AZ.

A description of our clinics:

• Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
• Dedicated admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

We seek candidates who are:

• Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Board certified or eligible in Family Med, Internal Med or Geriatric Medicine

Banner Health's total compensation package includes:

• Salary base plus incentives
• Relocation assistance + $50,000 starting bonus
• Resident stipend available
