Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC . This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday. Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. - Must be able to work on a W-2
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Basic SQL or query experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM and Field Service)
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
- Knowledge of Jira and MS Project
- Understanding of system integrations, database schemas, and application architecture
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business needs and challenges
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to design and deliver technology solutions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
