Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $36,000 and you can make up to an additional $30,000+ in commission during your first year. • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred and required after employment. Ability to obtain license quickly within 30 days of hire. Licensing cost assistance available.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
• Willingness to make 100 + calls, texts, emails a day.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
