Location: Middleton, MA, United States Employment Type: Regular Category: Production / Operations Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift Hours: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM (with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
- Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
- Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
- Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
- Operates all equipment within your respective department.
- Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and participate in operator?driven in?plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team?based environment.
- Basic problem?solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.
