LOFT store in Fairview Heights, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, onboard teammates, and maintain high visual and service standards across omnichannel interactions. The role emphasizes coaching, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to step in as acting manager when needed.
