Master Data Specialist

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour W2
Duration: 12 Month Contract

Summary:

This is a fully remote position but must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Establish address codes for direct and indirect customers within the order to cash and reporting system per standard operating procedures.
• Perform ongoing maintenance (changes and deletions) of established accounts within order to cash per standard operating procedures ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all customer information.
• Investigate licensing and financial responsibility status of parties listed on existing customer accounts. Contact customers to update registration information as needed for state DEA and veterinary licenses.
• Ensure financial information including tax tax exemption status credit card and bank data is up to date and accurate on new and existing customer accounts.
• Deliver first-line customer support through phone email & providing personalized customer experience through easy efficient and enthusiastic interactions.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced high-volume environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Provide superior customer service and remain solution-driven with all customers.
• Recommend new procedural solutions to improve any operational areas of focus.
• Demonstrate company leader behaviors and act as a team player in support of all operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required. Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
• Phone system and Internet applications expertise.
• Analytical and organizational skills along with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak and present customer master-specific information to a wide audience.
• High level of customer interaction: must be comfortable with speaking on the phone.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Possess a positive outgoing Delight the Customer attitude in all interactions.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with SAP order to cash system functionality is preferred.
