Job Description Blackstone’s Real Estate Acquisitions Group offers analysts experience on a professional team whose work involves the acquisition and asset management of real‑estate related companies, portfolios of real estate assets, and individual properties worldwide. Analysts will be staffed on multiple deals at once, assume integral roles on deal teams, and leverage Blackstone’s proprietary data and cutting‑edge AI tools to inform investment decisions. Responsibilities Assist in deal sourcing, LBO modeling, conducting due diligence, and presenting to Blackstone executives and partners at investment committees for final deal approval. Real‑estate and public company valuation analysis. Financial modeling and quantitative analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, proprietary tools, and third‑party AI platforms. Development of presentations. Attending and coordinating site tours. Market research and data analysis, including the use of large language models to source, clean, and synthesize large datasets. Perform various analyses to assist in making investment, capital, and sale decisions. Lead due diligence and execution of transactions. Develop budgets and present asset valuations. Draft memoranda for internal and external use. Assist with legal negotiations and due diligence. Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows, develop analytical tools, and deploy AI agents to streamline investment processes. Partner with technology and data teams to integrate emerging AI tools, internal data platforms, and quantitative techniques into daily tasks. Willingness to contribute new ideas and technical approaches to expand how the team sources, analyzes, and executes investments using emerging technologies. Selection Criteria – 2026 Analyst Program Graduated in the Spring or Fall of 2025, or currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (anticipated graduation Spring 2026). Actual base salary within this range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additional compensation and benefits are offered in accordance with Blackstone’s total compensation programme.
