This role is a vital mix of accounts receivable support and corporate expense management. Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $50,000 $60,000/year | DOE

Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | Monday Friday

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the collections and expense associate:

• Manage collections on outstanding accounts and monitor aging reports
• Coordinate with third-party agencies on delinquent accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and update QuickBooks Online records
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
• Manage corporate credit card activity and reconciliations
• Support Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting and expense tracking
• Assist with expense reimbursements and accounts payable support
• Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes

Requirements of the collections and expense associate:

• 2+ years of experience in collections, AR, expense reporting, or accounting
• Proficiency using QuickBooks Online or similar software
• Experience reviewing expense reports and corporate credit cards
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience in subscription billing, healthcare or medical device environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Sunshine Act/Open Payments is a plus
