Accounts Payable Supervisor, Chain Claims USA - Corona, CA A Day in the Life In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor (Monster Internal Title: Chain Claims Supervisor), you will oversee the daily operations of the domestic claims team, supervise staff, and ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. You will support accrual overviews and adjustments, and uphold compliance standards. Provide support and execute training for the claims staff, Sales Teams, Chain and/or Distributors; assist in reviewing and posting invoices, and drive process improvements to optimize departmental efficiency and performance. The Impact You'll Make Support review, validation and posting of claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, proper coding, and compliance with audit and company standards. Maintain and manage department invoice aging to ensure timely payments to Chains and Distributors, prioritize workload, manage rushes, set deadlines, and meet goals and KPIs. Provide communication and support to the Bottler Claims Manager and collaborate with Promotional Claims, Pricing, Sales/RGM, and other teams for best practices and training. Review promotional planned revisions and cancellation requests, ensuring proper recording and administration in Salesforce and SAP. Lead mentorship, customer service, and project implementations; conduct interviews, manage timesheets, and performance evaluations. Who You Are Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related studies. 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or analytics. 1‑3 years of experience in a leadership role. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or VIP-PPM is a plus. Typing and 10‑key skills preferred.
