Position Summary The Appointment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our Service Department and plays a critical leadership role in scheduling, and customer communication. This position ensures smooth daily operations by managing appointments and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Customer communication Greet customers as they walk in the door and direct them to where they need to go Answer incoming customer calls Scheduling service appointments Manage vehicles towed into dealership Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
