About the team: The Walmart Inventory Planning Capabilities Product Management team leads the creation of advanced planning and forecasting solutions using machine learning and statistical modeling. This team manages the inventory planning ecosystem across omni-channel networks, focusing on forecasting, inventory placement, targets, and item lifecycle management. By optimizing inventory positioning and safety stock, the team enhances operational efficiency. Team members demonstrate strong ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaborate closely with engineering and business partners. They drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to support Walmart’s merchandising team.
