Job Summary:

At Visiting Angels Tracy, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care services to our clients in Modesto, California. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, dressing, and undressing

• Assist clients with self-administration of medications and personal communication skills

• Provide transportation services as needed

• Assist with meal planning, purchasing food, and meal preparation

• Maintain client records and report changes in client condition to supervisors

• Engage in respectful social interaction with clients and exhibit positive attitude and behavior

• Demonstrate respect for clients' privacy and property

• Participate in required in-service training programs to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the home care industry or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling client information

• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
