Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis/extraction, providing insights, turnaround plans, accountability, and monitoring of Carrier/Retail operational performance. Build relationships with internal operational teams to understand their operational, analytical, and reporting needs for actionable insights into the business. Ensure the consistency and integrity of reported data. Develop, implement, and continuously assess operational markers to identify areas of concern and trends (positive/negative). Track the progress of initiatives, identify gaps, and make course corrections or validate expected impacts. Improve performance by developing presentations of analytic findings that highlight meaningful information for operational management and leadership. Assist in coordinating cost savings and initiative impacts into the monthly/annual budgeting process. Lead the creation, articulation, and interpretation of reporting insights to drive business outcomes aligned with SEA’s objectives. Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of warehouse operations, including planning, organizing, monitoring activities, and assisting in prioritization and risk mitigation. Analyze inventory results and implement corrective actions when results are outside normal ranges on key metrics. Develop executive-level presentations using storytelling and visuals to provide compelling insights. Work cross-functionally with business groups to identify value propositions and impacts of business objectives. Develop, monitor, and improve data tools and reports for senior leadership, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance management within operations.
