IT Store Project Manager

Summary Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives for the retail network including store openings, closures, renovations, pop-ups, and events. Coordinate cross-functional IT teams and external vendors, oversee on-site execution, and ensure projects meet standards for security, reliability, and operational continuity. Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and structured handover to support teams while managing budgets and vendor performance. Responsibilities Own full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization, and handover. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and escalations. Coordinate cross-functional IT teams (network, infrastructure, applications, POS/payments, telecom) and manage vendor scheduling and on-site delivery. Lead site readiness, cutover planning, and provide go-live support and hyper-care coordination. Provide technical input and hands‑on troubleshooting for retail hardware and POS ecosystems. Manage external vendors and field services, enforce SLAs, and improve operating models and documentation. Support project estimating, budget tracking, and financial risk mitigation. Requirements 8+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in retail or client‑facing environments. Strong knowledge of store technology ecosystems: connectivity, networking, POS, devices, and peripherals. Proven stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing multiple concurrent store projects, vendor governance, and on-site field teams.
