In this role, you will provide expert nutrition care, guiding patients toward healthier lives through personalized meal plans, education, and medical nutrition therapy (MNT). Your Impact Conduct in-depth nutritional assessments and create tailored care plans Develop and implement medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for patients with specific health conditions Provide one-on-one counseling and education to patients and their families Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care Stay up to date on nutrition science & regulations to provide the best possible care What We’re Looking For ✔ Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (CDR-certified) ✔ State-licensed Dietitian (in the state of practice) ✔ Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and ability to apply it effectively ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
