Job Description

As a Cashier at Leeann Chin, you'll be at the heart of our operations and first point of contact for guests ensuring order processing, friendly service, and clean welcoming environment. You'll contribute to an environment that values teamwork and quality, ensuring every guest enjoys the delicious food we're known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
• Accurately take and process guest orders and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
• Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with light food preparation as needed
• Uphold company standards for service, quality, and food safety
• Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous restaurant or cashier experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, lifting)
• Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule
