Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced registered nurse with a strong background in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiac cath lab environment, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition throughout procedures, adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all clinical activities accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and discharge instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or EP setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EP and cath lab procedures and equipment.
• Have current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prefer candidates with EP experience and familiarity with EP recording systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
