About the Hospital Corewell Health Trenton Hospital is a 193-bed, acute care teaching hospital that sponsors nine university-affiliated residency programs. Scope of Work Provide direct oversight and supervision of all on line unit processes. Manage staffing and scheduling changes affecting current shift, patient care issues and concerns. Allocate resources appropriately, responding to all codes and handling employee issues and concerns. Ensure consistent flow of patients through the department. Operate within the framework of hospital policies and procedures and demonstrate self‑driven growth and development. Qualifications Associate's Degree (ADN) or equivalent from an accredited school of nursing. Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree or equivalent (duplicate phrase for clarity). For new hires or recent promotions with an ADN or Diploma, completion of a BSN within 5 years of hire required. Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure – State of Michigan.
