Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our senior independent living team at Spero Lakeville in Lakeville, MN! This position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the daily administration of the Condominium focusing on administrative/office duties and meeting the needs of the Condominium Owners. This assistant property manager schedule includes: 80 hours every two weeks Full time; Day shift No weekends On-call 24/7 for the community Responsibilities Serves as a support for the Property Manager in assisting with daily administration of the Condominium Serves as point of contact for residents Coordinates with committees on current projects Maintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident’s, Committee’s and general building files Develops the Monthly Calendar, prepares newsletter articles and flyers Performs other duties required by the specific needs of the property Required Qualifications One to three years previous experience with property management Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment.
