JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead in Edwardsville, IL to welcome clients, assist instructors, and support front desk operations. You will answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and maintain a clean, organized lobby while upholding our standards of service. You will greet clients, guide inquiries, recruit new members, and handle retail transactions in person, online, or by phone.
