Global Payroll & HR Operations Lead (Remote)

Wave is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our HR & Payroll team in the US hub. The role focuses on payroll management across the US and Canada, ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of global payroll experience, strong knowledge of US/Canada payroll laws, and proficiency with major payroll software. This is a remote-friendly role with travel to Africa as needed.
